Receipt provider interface.

Bases: keystone.common.manager.Manager

Default pivot point for the receipt provider backend.

Determine when a fresh receipt should expire.

Expiration time varies based on configuration (see [receipt] expiration).

Returns:	a naive UTC datetime.datetime object
