The Member Class¶
The Member class inherits from Resource.
- class openstack.load_balancer.v2.member.Member(_synchronized=False, connection=None, **attrs)¶
 The base resource
- Parameters:
 _synchronized (bool) – This is not intended to be used directly. See
new()andexisting().connection (openstack.connection.Connection) – Reference to the Connection being used. Defaults to None to allow Resource objects to be used without an active Connection, such as in unit tests. Use of
self._connectionin Resource code should protect itself with a check for None.

 Singular form of key for resource.
- resources_key = 'members'¶
 Plural form of key for resource.
- base_path = '/lbaas/pools/%(pool_id)s/members'¶
 The base part of the URI for this resource.
- allow_create = True¶
 Allow create operation for this resource.
- allow_fetch = True¶
 Allow get operation for this resource.
- allow_commit = True¶
 Allow update operation for this resource.
- allow_delete = True¶
 Allow delete operation for this resource.
- allow_list = True¶
 Allow list operation for this resource.
- address¶
 The IP address of the member.
- created_at¶
 Timestamp when the member was created.
- is_admin_state_up¶
 The administrative state of the member, which is up

- monitor_address¶
 IP address used to monitor this member
- monitor_port¶
 Port used to monitor this member
- name¶
 Name of the member.
- operating_status¶
 Operating status of the member.
- pool_id¶
 The ID of the owning pool.
- provisioning_status¶
 The provisioning status of this member.
- project_id¶
 The ID of the project this member is associated with.
- protocol_port¶
 The port on which the application is hosted.
- subnet_id¶
 Subnet ID in which to access this member.
- updated_at¶
 Timestamp when the member was last updated.
- weight¶
 A positive integer value that indicates the relative portion of traffic that this member should receive from the pool. For example, a member with a weight of 10 receives five times as much traffic as a member with weight of 2.
- backup¶
 A bool value that indicates whether the member is a backup or not. Backup members only receive traffic when all non-backup members are down.
