New Features¶

Allows periodic notifications to be used for all notification types.

Supports setting arbitrary notification periods.

Upgrade Notes¶

Python 2.7 support has been dropped. Last release of monasca-notification to support python 2.7 is OpenStack Train. The minimum version of Python now supported by monasca-notification is Python 3.6.

Support for YAML configuration file has been removed. Last release of monasca-notification to support YAML configuration is OpenStack Train. Please use oslo.config configuration file instead.

Bug Fixes¶

Issue with periodic notification processor failing to load when using Oslo config.
