Class SIGPOLLHandler handles SIGPOLL signal.

SIGPOLLHandler Implementations of dummy handler to swallow SIGPOLL caused sometimes by select(3) being called on false socket file descriptor.

NOTE: FreeBSD uses SIGIO instead.
